Individual Therapy for Young Adults.

Do you ever feel like life is just sort of happening to you? You see your peers progressing, while you feel dissatisfied and unsure of how to participate in your own life. It can feel lonely. You might feel restless, and like you’re always reaching for the next distraction. Perhaps you are in the midst of a big transition, and you are finding yourself feeling lost. Or maybe you keep finding yourself in the same sort of relationship over and over again.

Many of my clients come to me with these same feelings and experiences. We will work together to create a plan that will help you become more courageous, and to make changes so that you can start feeling more confident, secure, and connected.

Individual Therapy for LGBTQ Teens & Adults.

Being misunderstood is probably one of the most lonely experiences we can have in life. Perhaps you’ve worked hard to know who you are, but that self-awareness came with more challenges. Hurt in relationships, some memories that are hard to shake, difficulty trusting. Maybe you feel anxious for what feels like no reason. Or maybe irritable, out-of-place, or disconnected.

As a queer-identified person, there are a lot of things I can understand that you won’t need to explain. Together we’ll create a brave space where you can identify what’s no longer serving you, and make the changes you need to feel more at ease in your own skin, and more connected to the people that matter to you most.

LGBTQ Families & Couples.

When your family or relationship is in distress, it can feel like no one’s needs are being met. Therapy allows everyone a space to be heard and understood.

From a place of better understanding, we co-create a plan to help improve your communication, feel connected again, and move forward with robust skills for dealing with bumps in the road when they arise.

I specialize in working with parents and families who have a teenager or young adult who has recently come out.

Maybe your child has been acting differently. Perhaps they are withdrawn or irritable. You might be arguing more. Or maybe you just feel scared.

You have questions, but you don’t know who to ask. You want to be supportive, but you just aren’t sure of the best way.

With years of experience, I can help your family navigate this challenging time by strengthening your communication so you can start connecting again.
